How do I change my password?

Change your password in Settings. Some accounts will see Set password instead of Change password.

You can manage your password from the Account area in Settings.

If you already have a password

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Choose Change password.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter the new password.
  6. Confirm the new password.
  7. Save the change.

If you signed up with an external provider

Some accounts do not have a local password yet. In that case, the app may show Set password instead of Change password. You can use that option to create a password for future sign-ins.

If the current password is rejected

Double-check the spelling and try again. If you no longer remember it, use the password reset flow from the login screen.
