I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the reset flow on the login screen. The app sends a 6-digit code to your email address.

You can reset the password without signing in if you can access the inbox associated with the account.

Steps

  1. Open the login screen.
  2. Start the password-reset flow.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Request a reset code.
  5. On the next screen, enter the 6-digit code from the email.
  6. Enter the new password and confirm it.
  7. Confirm the password reset.

Result

After the change is confirmed, return to the login screen and use the new password.

Limitations

The code is sent to the email address associated with the account. If the message does not arrive, check spam and the address for typing errors. The resend option becomes available after the countdown on the code screen ends.
