How do I delete my account?

Delete your account from Settings. This action is permanent.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings while signed in.

Steps

  1. Open Menu, then Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm the action.
  4. Choose Delete my account.

Result

Access to the account and its content in BARFLAB is removed, including:

  • saved diets,
  • pet profiles,
  • app settings.

Some information may be retained for the period required for legal, tax, accounting, security or claims-related reasons. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations

This action is irreversible. After confirmation, you cannot sign in again or restore the deleted account content from the app.
