What do warnings and alerts mean?

Warnings explain deficiencies, excesses, and imbalanced ratios so you can correct the recipe instead of guessing.

Warnings are there to explain what is off in the recipe and what needs attention.

What you may see

Depending on the current formula, the app can highlight:

  • nutrient deficiencies,
  • excessive amounts,
  • imbalanced ratios,
  • profile-specific concerns.

How to use them

  1. Open the validation or analysis section of the recipe.
  2. Check which nutrient or ratio is highlighted.
  3. Read the explanation shown by the app.
  4. Adjust ingredients, portion sizes, or supplements.
  5. Re-check the result after every change.

Important

A warning is not just a red light. It is context for the current recipe. The goal is to understand what is out of range and then correct the formula deliberately instead of making random changes.
