I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset option on the login screen.

How the reset works

1. Open the login screen.
2. Choose Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address.
4. Send the reset code.
5. Check your email for the 6-digit code.
6. Enter the code in the app.
7. Set the new password and confirm it.
8. Finish the reset and log in with the new password.

If the email does not arrive

• check spam or promotions,
• make sure you entered the correct email address,
• use the resend option if it is available on the reset screen.

Important

The reset flow works from the login screen, so you do not need to be signed in first.
