This article sets out the main rules for using BarfLab. It applies together with the related articles on Digital Service Terms, Subscription and Trial Terms, and Privacy Policy.
In short
- BarfLab is a digital service available on web, iOS, and Android.
- The Standard plan is for personal use. Commercial use requires Pro.
- BarfLab supports diet planning, but it does not replace veterinary advice.

What the service covers
BarfLab is a digital service available through:
- the web app,
- the iOS app,
- the Android app,
- the public website and help center related to those products.
The service helps users create, review, save, and export BARF diet plans and related pet data.
Who may use BarfLab
BarfLab may be used by private users and business users.
If you use BarfLab for paid client work, professional consulting, business operations, or any other commercial purpose, you must use an active Pro subscription.
If you are not legally allowed to enter into a contract on your own under the law that applies to you, you should use the service only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or another authorized representative.
Accounts and acceptable use
When you create an account, you are responsible for:
- providing accurate data,
- keeping your login credentials secure,
- keeping access to your account under your control,
- all activity carried out through your account unless the issue was caused by us.
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully,
- use the Standard plan for commercial or paid work,
- interfere with the security or availability of the service,
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract data or content from BarfLab beyond what mandatory law allows,
- use the service in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
We may limit or suspend access if that is necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or serious breach of these terms.
Plans and commercial use
BarfLab may offer different plans, including Standard and Pro.
- Standard is for personal, non-commercial use.
- Pro is required for commercial and professional use.
Plan details, current prices, billing periods, and available currencies are shown at checkout or in the relevant app store listing.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or modify BarfLab to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, and product quality.
We may also temporarily limit access for maintenance, outages, fraud prevention, or reasons outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Intellectual property
All rights to the BarfLab software, branding, design, text, and other materials remain with us or our licensors.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Veterinary disclaimer and limitation of responsibility
BarfLab is a support tool. It does not replace veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nutrition decisions always require context and user judgment. You remain responsible for:
- the data entered into the service,
- the ingredients and supplements you choose,
- the final feeding decisions you make for your animal,
- checking whether professional veterinary input is needed in your situation.
BarfLab does not guarantee any specific health or nutritional outcome, because results also depend on the accuracy of the input data and the user’s decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

If you want to file a complaint or report a problem, contact us at kontakt@barflab.io.
Please include, where possible:
- the email address connected to your account,
- a description of the issue,
- the date of the issue,
- purchase details if the matter concerns billing.
We will handle complaints without undue delay and within any deadlines required by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection granted to you by mandatory law in the country of your habitual residence.
