Research on algae products shows a very wide range of iodine: approximately 500-1,200,000 µg/100 g of dry product.
If the value you entered is outside this range, check the unit on the label: µg/mg, serving/capsule, 1 g/100 g/1 kg.
The iodine content in the supplement should be determined using a laboratory method.
Never use products without the iodine content specified on the label, as you may harm the animal with an inappropriate dose.
